Money supermarkert emails come may way at least 5 times a day… so boring and all based on images. most of the content doesnt even get through my spam filter.

I recieved this email this morning three times to my inbox, is there any way I can stop these time wasters from contacting me? I am trying to run a restaurant and dont have time to work through all the crap in my inbox looking for orders!!!
